The first cast-iron cutters to leave the PSV workshops date back to the pre-war years. Today, our meat bowl choppers are available in 3 capacities: 15, 30 and 50 litres, and are made of stainless steel.
They can be fitted with 3 or 6 knives.
These robust machines are particularly reliable, equipped with two powerful motors with two speeds (except CT-50 with variable speeds) allowing several combinations between knives and bowl. Thanks to these high speeds, working time is reduced to avoid overheating. Only a cutter with a horizontal shaft and rotating bowl can achieve such results.
