At the end of the 1980s, the third generation of leaders (Dominique Villa and Michel Paturel) began working together and formed an alliance that would lead to a merger, creating a single entity called the PSV Group. The different workshops will consolidate into a single industrial site in Genainville, Val d’Oise, in 1995.
In the early 2000s, PSV Morocco was established and developed in the Casablanca region.
