The traditional DRC meat mincer is recommended for all types of use : in butcher's and delicatessen shops, in the catering trade and in supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Depending on its size, the machine can be placed on a table or on the floor. The body is made entirely of 304 stainless steel. The body and all food preparation parts are also made of stainless steel.
The body can be removed from the outside for easy cleaning, but also to keep the meat away from overheating of the motor.
With the exception of the small model (DRC 22L), all PSV professional meat mincers are equipped with a reverse gear to facilitate the release of the propeller when necessary.
